2. DO YOU ALREADY HAVE A TICKET OR A MEMBERSHIP?

If you already have a valid entry document, that is an open-date TICKET with a barcode or a valid MEMBERSHIP you will simply need to book online the day of your visit. How?

- You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail and you will show it together with your ticket/membership.  
- The only booking, without a valid entry document (ticket or membership), will not allow you to enter the Park
- The booking made is valid exclusively on the chosen date (within the daily limit availability)
- Choose carefully, because you can't change the date once you will book it. 
- The booking is nominal for each visitor (also for babies). Therefore you will have to book  a visit for each ticket/membership you have or for each component of your family membership.
- If you have a MEMBERSHIP TO RENEW: book now the day of your visit and go to the membership cash desk (Fauna Park entrance), on the chosen day, with the booking and your old membership card.

3. DO YOU HAVE A COUPON OR A VOUCHER DISCOUNT?

If you have a COUPON/VOUCHER discount (2x1 Rossetto; Kid voucher or Animal Adoption voucher) you have to BOOK your visit in advance selecting the day in which you will come to the Park (within the daily limit availability).

IMPORTANT NOTES
- On the day of your visit go to the cash desk to convert your coupon/voucher on a valid entrance ticket.
- Bring with you the booking and the voucher/coupon so that they can be validated.
- The booking has to be made for each person that will visit the Park
- The booking made is valid exclusively on the chosen date (within the daily limit availability).
- Choose carefully, because you can't change the day of your visit once you will book it.
- The only booking without a valid entry document (ticket or membership) will not allow you to enter inside the Park

On the day of your visit you can go to the cash desk (Safari or Fauna Park) with the booking confirmation e-mail and its attached PDF to be able to purchase the entrance tickets according to special dedicated rates.

• PARKING: check the parking rates
• FOOD COURTS: check the opening times of every food court (click here). Food cours are accessible in compliance with COVID rules and with limited access to the maximum number of people allowed in compliance with the safety distance. Vending machines located inside the Fauna Park will be available to visitors
• GUIDED VISITS: the service is momentarily suspended
• JEEP SAFARI RENTING SERVICE: the service is momentarily suspended (The Safari Park is OPEN!)
• BAZAR NATURA SHOP: accessible during the Park’s opening hours (from 10:00 am), in compliance with COVID rules and with limited access to the maximum number of people allowed in compliance with the safety distance
• AUTOMATIC VENDING MACHINES FOR MASKS, GLOVES AND DISINFECTANT GEL in single packages: available in the area just before the entrance to the Fauna Park (limited to availability)
• STROLLERS AND WHEELCHAIRS: the service is momentarily suspended
• DOG AREA: the service is momentarily suspended

 

• PLAYGROUNDS AREAS: Manas Fast-Food's playground and Timbavati Bar's Playground will be accessible from the 30th of May respecting the new rules of the Prime Ministerial Decree

for your safety and the one of others during your visit at Parco Natura Viva

 

Recommendations to contain the spread of Coronavirus

Maintain the distance between people of at least one meter

If you have flu symptoms, stay at home and contact your doctor

Avoid gatherings

Wash and disinfect your hands frequently

Wear the mask at the Park’s entrance and during every necessary occasion during the visit, as stated by the Ministerial Decree (kids under 6 years old and category specified in the Prime Ministerial Decree, culdn't wear the mask)

Do not touch your face, do not shake hands, and cough in your elbow

Parco Natura Viva has prepared all the prevention measures provided for by the regulations for the safety of visitors, workers and animals, but counts on the collaboration of all visitors for compliance with the rules and recommendations.

The staff at the entrance of the pedestrian area (Fauna Park) could measure the body temperature of each visitor with a special infrared thermometer with distance. Visitors with feverish symptoms will not be able to access the Park.
Visitors should wear a mask and disinfect their hands.

Loudspeaker messages that you will regularly hear during your visit:
"Dear visitors, we ask you to respect the safety distances imposed by the Prime Ministerial Decree, to wear a mask and not create gatherings. For your own safety and the one of the others. Thank you."
